Polyester has many excellent properties such as dimensional stability, washwear, anticreaseand better dyeing fasten, but because its high crystallinity, smooth surface, stiffmacromolecule and glitter result in bad dyeing property, particularly black. In order to solvethe problem, applied alkali weight reduction, silicon color deepening agent and nanometerSiO2concurrently to dark color.Modified nano-SiO2with KH-602in order to increase coulomb repulsion for boostdispersibility, and the optimal process for modified was that pH4, temperature80℃, dosageof KH-602was0.50%for weight of nano-SiO2, modified time for6h. Amino siliconemicro-latices which has stability was produced with D4/KH-602by emulsion polymerization.It will increase dyeuptake and color deepening for rough surface after polyester was treatedby alkali weight reduction. The dyeuptake was increased nearly50%and light of fabric wascut down21%via polyester treated under temperature95℃, time for30min, penetrant0.05g/L, alkali concentration15%and alkali liquor to fabric ratio was30︰1. In order toadvance color deepening effect further, adopted various processes and compared their effect.The optimal process for silicon color deepening agent:7%silicon color deepening agent,curring at130℃and padding rate110%. The better color-darking effect come from nano-SiO2/silicon color deepening agent at6%silicon color deepening agent with5%nano-SiO2for fabric weight, padding rate120%and curring at130℃. But nano-SiO2will causealbinism if used over5%for fabric weight. It is the best process that double films on polyestersurface which has best color darking effect and washing fastness, the optimal process was firstpadding bath with5%nano-SiO2for fabric weight in4%acroleic solution and drying, thensecond6%silicon color deepening agent padding bath and curring, both padding rate were120%.
