There will be a lot of fiber and dust overflow during the production process of artificial fur, the dissipation fibers have varying lengths, the long-fibers share of a bigger mass fraction which accounts for about98-99%,The mass fraction of short fiber and impurities in the dust-containing air flow is small, the short fiber groups tend to bond together form a slug and share about1-2%of the proportion, and the fibers can be suspended in the atmosphere for a long period of time, easy to be absorbed by human body and thus cause poisoning or disease.To improve the above situation and ensure the air quality in production workshop, a variety of dust removal technology and equipment emerged. Such as traditional rotor cage dust catcher, honeycomb filter, drum filter, etc. Due to the particularity of the for industry and the increase of the concentration of the emission, the original dust removal technology exists their respective limitations, This paper treated the design of the new ring blow bag filter as the research object to study the theoretical analysis and experimental research, focuses on filtration resistance of bag filter, filter efficiency, soot cleaning cycle, and its application to engineering practice.This paper first analyzed the closed and open loop under the blow of filtration process, when the ring blow is open, the filtering process is dust filter fiber layer, layer surface dust filter, dust deposition and ring blocks and scour combination. Closed ring blow, filter process is dust fiber layer, layer surface dust filter, the comprehensive function of dust deposition. Theoretical analysis shows that under certain wind speed range, filtration resistance changing with filtration velocity is a quadratic relationship; When the dust in the early formation of dust, filtration resistance has a linear relation with the increase of the time change. According to the characteristics of the filtration process, the establishment of mathematical model of the filtration efficiency of theoretical calculation formula is derived.Experimental test study the filter velocity and time effect on the filtration resistance, combined with the resistance theory carries on the regression analysis of experimental data, show that filtration resistance increases with filtration velocity and the increase of filtering time, can use the formula to predict the change of the filtration resistance theory. Filtration efficiency research, the theoretical formula adopted by the trend of any good consistent with the experimental curve, with the increase of filtering time and filtering curve is on the rise, and approaches to1, the theoretical formula can be applied. Through the comparative analysis of open loop blow can effectively reduce the filtering resistance equipment, improve the filtering efficiency of the equipment.In soot cleaning cycle study, based on the multiple regression of experimental data to get the filtration resistance with the regression formula of filtration velocity and filtration time. The results show that different filtration velocity has obvious effects of soot cleaning cycle, when the filtration velocity is smaller, the soot cleaning cycle is longer. And when the loop is open, the soot cleaning cycle significantly extended then it’s not. Under the premise to guarantee the filter resistance, when we selected a lower filtration velocity and open the ring blow, it will be conducive to extend the soot cleaning cycle, reduce the damage frequent soot cleaning with filter bag.
