A key nutritious indicator to evaluation dairy quality is the protein content,so the detection of the protein content has a very important significance to thedevelopment of the dairy industry. The usual detection methods of the proteincontent of milk are chemical analysis, near infrared spectroscopy and middleinfrared spectroscopy. In the recent years, near infrared spectroscopy and middleinfrared spectroscopy technology in the field of the detection of the proteincontent in the milk has made a great progress. However, these methods have a lotof problems to be solved as well. In order to optimize and solve this problem, thearticle does research of the casein content detection of single substance accordingby the principle of light scattering technology. On the basis of in depth analysisof the physical and chemical characters of casein, the article also doesexperimental study to improve the detection accuracy of the casein, and analysesthe casein solution preparation method, the light source wavelength, the detectionmethod and the homogeneous conditions how to affecting the detection of caseinsolution concentration, and finally determine the best casein solution preparationmethod, the parameters of the light source wavelength, detection methods,homogeneous conditions and other factors. This provides support of the solutionand data to improve the detection accuracy of the instrument.On the basis of the full research of the characters of the casein, experimentalstudy the preparation conditions of the casein solution, and finally we will lookfor the best of dissolvent and temperature for preparation the casein solution.Verify the feasibility that Mie scattering can be applied to detecting caseinsolution concentration. Through the analysis of the experiment of the absorbancein the light which in the different wavelengths the infrared spectrum of the caseinsolution. it will find the most sensitive wavelength of the casein solution. Usinglight scattering method and scattered through the ratio method detection caseincontent experiments, the higher precision detection method will be found by the comparison of the two methods. Through experimental analysis, we look for thesuitable concentration range to detect the casein solution.It will study the effect of the different homogeneous conditions to thedetection.Using the earlier method of compounding the casein solution, the laserlight source and the method of detection to find the best homogeneous condition.Researching methods to identify the casein solution homogeneous number andpressure By theoretical analysis and experimental. Through making a comparisonbetween the former detection of concentration accuracy of the casein solutionand later, we can obtains the appropriate condition of which the homogeneity tothe detection of the concentration of casein.This thesis is optimized for the single concentration of casein solutiondetection conditions. The experimental study is mainly focus on laser lightsource, detection methods, and homogeneous condition. Ultimately improves thedetection accuracy of the casein solution, provides the basis to the detection ofthe protein content in the mixed solution. There is certain research value.
