Xifeng Oil-fied, located in the southwest of Ordos Basin, is one of the main oil producing areas in Changqing Oil-field. Nowadays, the main production unit is Chang-8oil reservoirs of Triassic period, which is a super low-permeability reservoir, whose permeability is0.3-3mD. Started from2000Xifeng Oil-field had become an oil-field that could product100million tons of oil per year in2006.At the beginning of the production Xifeng Oil-field had formed fracturing and advanced water injection as well as some other16kinds of development technology, which make a high individual well deliverability--about5tons per day. As the result of fracture development the water cut increased rapidly and oil production declines rapidly. For this reason, every year Changqing oilfield spend a lot of manpower material resources to carry out the fracture treatment, and achieved a certain effect, but the increasing water cut is still the main cause of the production decline. In this paper, through the study of fracture development in reservoirs in Xifeng Oil-field and analysis of seepage laws under various situations where there are fractures as well as make a conclusion about the effect of the pre-governance, Xifeng oilfield reservoir management countermeasures are formed, which can be a reference for similar reservoir development.In this paper, based on the previous research data and the application of methods of multidisciplinary as well as through the analysis of drilling data, logging data, seismic data, etc., using core observation, field statistics and R/S variable-dimension method fracture characteristics, including direction, length, density, angle, were studied.Based on the study of fractures development, geological characteristics and development characteristics were analyzed and summarized. Combined with the development of dynamic and production logging, the law of water flooding under the condition of fracture was studied. Using engineering method and reservoir numerical simulation, field test, the effect of fracture to seepage was analyzed. The effects of anisotropy permeability in the presence of fracture were also studied. And the relationship between the length of fracture and the law of water cut rise was summarized.Based on the study of the law of seepage, the work of governance of fractures in Xifeng oil-field in recent years was studied and summarized. Combining theoretical research and field implementation, well pattern deployment, water shutoff profile control, production pressure differential and other four technologies were summarized in the fracture treatment, which not only pointed out the direction for later development, but also provide the basis for similar reservoir management.
