In this paper, based on the science and technology research project " technology research on the structure of the new double-disc dual network composite bolting with wire mesh " as the background. The purpose is to reveal the great superiority of the new support structure carrying capacity, the economic cost and the amount of construction work.Using the theory of mathematical and combined with knowledge of engineering mechanics, then the analytical solution of the engineering mechanics calculation model is given, previous comparison of several analytical solution. With the help of computer numerical simulation technology, mainly using the powerful simulation function of ABAQUS on the plain concrete spray layer structure, a single network single plate reinforced concrete spray layer structure, dual-network dual plate reinforced concrete shell structure, metal bracket bearing structure in the form of stress, numerical simulation analysis of deep deformation and bearing force,more in-depth analysis of the numerical simulation. In addition to relevant numerical analysis and theoretical calculation, the paper also uses calculation software Maple, using Excel for complex data drawing,combining with elastic theory and the relevant mathematical theory on this topic, which has carried on the certain degree of qualitative research, the research results show that "the structure of the new double-disc dual network composite bolting with wire mesh" is superior than the other three in the inhibition of soft rock roadway deformation, maintain roadway stability. Industrial test of Huaibei Mining Co., Ltd. Qingdong mine and Zhu xianzhuang Coal Mine have also proved the correctness and effectiveness of the theoretical results. Due to the support mode is a kind of brand-new spray anchor net supporting structure, the coal mine soft rock tunnel excavation, therefore, has the extremely important practical value. In addition, theoretical analysis and numerical calculation method of supporting design research also have important reference value.
