| Distillating process is a unit operations which separate the liquid homogeneous mixture, it produce vapour-liquid biphasic system by heating the mixture liquid, by the volatileness different of the each component, we can attain the purpose of separating.Usually the process variable of distillation system work state at that large time delay, and strong coupling between variables, and many disturbances and nonlinear. In this paper, by the introduction of the process and principle of distillation system,expanded to introduce the most important parameter of the distillation control that energy and quality control; By the analysis the distillation system, and researching other people’s experience, Analyzed in detailedly the energy control loop and the quality control loop, and finally I designed a suitable control scheme; the research of this papers have two aspects:one is that it used a new technique in this system that the soft sensor technique research result of high concentrations of methanol;another is that it use feedforward control according to the backflow to control the steam flow, this purpose is to minimize the steam spending; it have introduced the theory of the PID and cascade and feedforward control, and have introduced the system configuration and programming of the ZHONGKONG OS2-GCS system.This control system have been running at GHUANGZHOU***Chemical com.ltd at2010,this System work for their methanol recovery,and all of the designed functions was attained,it works smoothly and efficiently. |
