Since the1990s, Chinese economic development has made great achievements, the citywater supply, electricity, communications and other municipal pipeline construction projectsa rapid increase in the city gas pipeline network greatly increased risk of damage. Third-partyeffects of the accident so that underground gas pipelines are prone to gas leakage events. Thus, with the rapid expansion of city size, third-party effects of the accident caused by a gas leakaccident showed a rising trend, and gradually become the dominant factor in inducingaccident, which gives gas pipeline system running caused a major security threat. So, studyeffects of the accident caused by a third party gas pipeline system spill model, from theperspective of precautionary measures to help prevent the possibility of accident from aneffective remedy, emergency measures, after the accident, in order to avoid accidentsoccurrence is very necessary. Next article discusses the research status of this topic, andresearch this topic some difficulty. The second part of the article discusses the gas pipeline system leak diffusion theory, theprocess of analyzing the gas jet and gas jet characteristics. Essentially the process can beconsidered as free gas jet, gas injection still air, and the surrounding atmosphere for theexchange of mass and momentum, form a vortex. And the gas density is less than the densityof air is positively buoyant jet, the action of the positive buoyancy, along with the flow rateincreases until the end. Then, the article of the gas leak diffusion models by the use of thebasic equations are introduced one by one. Finally, the article focuses on the source of theleak leak initial velocity model and calculation method for solving the following calculationforeshadowed. The third part of the article the use of natural gas leak theoretical modeling of gasleakage and dispersion model, the number of accidents with the use of structural analysis of anumber of city gas leak led to a third-party factors, given the focus factor. Then focus on thegas diffusion law, solved the concentration of gas diffusion and predict its sphere of influenceis the basis for risk assessment is based on emergency measures taken. Live in cities and otheraccidents that occur in the natural gas pipeline rupture leaks mostly continuous venting, selectthe appropriate template that describes the process of continuous bleed to analyze thedisclosure process, the model together with the Gaussian model to establish uniform diffusionmodel leaked, combined with consideration of different factors on the impact of natural gas leaked simulate natural gas cloud explosion limit area that is the focus of this study.
