Now the basic experimental data on migration studies of PAEs from plastic substances tolipids food is not enough.The migration studies may include detection technology, migrationlaw and stability of the hazardous migrants. Therefore, the methods of the detectiontechnology of PAEs from plastic packaging materials, lipid food and their simulants isestablished. The migration of typical PAEs substances into lipids food and simulants isstudied,as well as the stability of the harmful substances,so as to provide some basisexperimental data for the establishment of a more realistic migration model.The main contents are as follows:(1)To establish a DSPE-RP-HPLC method of determining simultaneously six kinds oftrace phthalate plasticizers in food and simulants. The extraction conditions which HLB wasselected as sorbent material for enrichment and purification were analyzed by orthogonaldesign as follows: The amount of resolution solvent acetonitrile is6mL,135mg of magnesium,120mg of sodium chloride.The linear regression correlation coefficient is above0.999, therelative standard deviation is0.3%-4.7%(n=5), the average recovery is62.9%-105.0%, andthe detection limit is0.019-0.046mg/kg. Conclusion This method could be simple, efficient,low cost and higher recovery.(2)The liquid-liquid extraction conditions of determining PAEs in Olive oil areoptimized by single factor experiment. The average recovery was74.13%-109.39%andrelative standard deviation was0.31%-17.06%in the method.(3) The homogeneous liquid-liquid extraction conditions of determining PAEs in milkare optimized by single factor and orthogonal test. The average recovery was84.23%-104.93%and the relative standard deviation was0.95%-5.06%.(4)The stability of PAEs migrants in the food and simulants was analyzed: In order toexplore the stability of different PAEs migrant molecules in food and simulants, and study theapplicability of food simulant simulating real food milk from the point of view of stability, thePAEs solutions were incubated under conventional migration test conditions and treated undermicrowave heating and UV. The results showed that the residual PAEs percentages are greaterthan50%which is proof that the stability is acceptable, and food simulants are all applicable,in3%acetic acid solution the stability is worst. The long-chain molecule DEHP is more stablethan the shorter chain DBP under normal conditions. The branched structure molecules DBPand DNOP is more stable than linear molecules DIBP and DEHP, and the short-chainmolecule DIBP and DBP is more stable than the longer chain DEHP and DNOP under UV.The PAEs in Olive oil in300W-700W power and6mg/L-180mg/L concentration range arestable under microwave.(5) The solutions which PE film soaked in were treated under microwave heating.Themigration action of films with different thicknesses under different power was studied. Themilk and oil samples was incubated at37℃to study how the different fatty food mediasinfluence the migration. |
