Currently, the PS plate of roll-casting aluminum substrate did not meet the requirements for high-performance PS substrate for following reasons:the electrolytic rate was low, and the corrosion was non-uniform. To solve these problems, the technical route of traditional roll-casting PS aluminum substrate has been improved and the non-symmetrical type and multi-energy field for roll-casting was put forward. The effect of the non-symmetrical type and multi-energy field on structure and properties was studied by comparing the microstructure, mechanical properties, and electrolysis corrosion properties of different PS aluminum substrate in the systematic experiment. And the feasibility of preparation of PS substrate, which is roll-casting by the non-symmetrical type and multi-energy field, was discussed. The main conclusions from experiments can be drawn as follows:(1) The non-symmetrical casting was studied. Under laboratory conditions, the reasonable process parameters scope was obtained on the basis of theoretical derivation and the experiment. When the thickness of roll-casting strips were5.8mm, the roll length should be controlled between the65~70mm, the casting speed between1.2~1.4m/min, the pouring temperature between675~685℃, the excitation current of10A, and ultrasonic power of200W.(2) The effect of the non-symmetrical method and multi-energy field roll-casting on microstructure and properties of the PS substrate Aluminum strip was studied. The results show that:compared to general roll-casting aluminum strip, the organization of bulky columnar grains structure have transferred into uniform fine isometric grains, whose average grains diameter are30~35μm. Besides, the results of the mechanical properties indicated that the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and hardness of multi-energy field roll-casting aluminum strip were improved by22.6%,23.66%,38.75%and9.90%respectively than that of general roll-casting aluminum strips. The casting speed, which was ranged between1.2~1.4m/min, was increased by30%than common symmetric type (v=0.9~1.1m/min).(3) The microstructure and mechanical properties of the non-symmetrical type roll-casting PS substrate Aluminum strip under different cold rolling process was investigated. Then the most reasonable process parameters for cold rolling were achieved:when the first cold rolling reduction of81%and after intermediate annealing the second cold rolling reduction of75%, the grain size of PS substrate was small. The electrolytic corrosion is superior.(4) The microstructure and properties of the non-symmetrical multi-energy field PS substrate compared to other two PS substrate was analyzed. The results show that:the mechanical properties of PS substrate were improved to some extent, tensile strength was increased by9.76%, the hardness was increased by7.35%, and its mechanical properties was be equivalent to domestic high-quality PS plate. The second phase particle size and distribution of multi-energy field PS plate was uniform. The surface corrosion holes were uniform in distribution, large in size, regular in shape and square shape holes mostly, which presents an ideal organizational structure. To sum up, the structure and properties of aluminum substrate PS plate by preparation with the non-symmetrical type and multi-energy field roll-casting can basically meet the requirements of high-performance PS plate. |
