Cyclotriphosphazene and its derivatives are a kind of compounds with unique structure, they can exhibit excellent properties in chemistry and biology, and have great researchprospects in the future. Thirty-one cyclotriphosphazene Schiff base branched derivatives wereobtained from the branched reaction of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene as original materialwith p-hydroxybenzaldehyde aromatic amine, aliphatic diamine, glycine and salicylaldehydealiphatic diamine Schiff base, respectively. The compounds have been characterized by IR,1HNMR,13C NMR and elemental analysis. The spectral datas were interpreted in detail, all datesshowed that these compounds confirmed as our target products. Besides, the recognitionproperties of cyclotriphosphazene derivatives with Cu2+and signal molecule activator, namely, pyridoxal phosphate (PLP) were tested by the methods of UV-vis, the interaction betweencyclotriphosphazene p-hydroxybenzaldehyde glycine and bovine serum albumin has beenstudied by SDS-agarose gel electrophoresis (AGE), and the reaction against laryngealcarcinoma (Hep-2) was also studied by MTT assay at the same time. The recognition resultsshow that all cyclotriphosphazene derivatives both have good recognition function with PLPand Cu2+; The SDS-AGE results indicate that compound31and32have distinct reactionrelationship with bovine serum albumin; The anti-tumor activity results show thatcyclotriphosphazene p-hydroxybenzaldehyde glycine and N,N-amin derivatives both haveinhibition effect against Hep-2, and the inhibition effect become more obviously with theincrease of the concentration of derivatives. In conclusion, the properties of cyclotriphosphazene derivatives change correspondinglywith different groups on the side of cyclotriphosphazene molecular scaffolds, it also indicatesthat cyclotriphosphazene branched derivatives are expected to act as a kind of active drugmolecules to bond with protein in the human body and biomacromolecules, this may providean important theoretical basis for the development of new drugs.
