| Textile industry is the traditional industries and the people’s livelihood industry."Eleventh five-year plan" period, the textile industry has made unprecedented achievements. However, the huge waste of energy and serious pollution has laid restraints on the sound development of textile industry under the circumstance of water shortage and environment pollution. Therefore, how to make use of low temperature waste heat to reduce the high grade heat energy consumption become an important breakthrough in energy-saving and emission reduction.Afterheat belongs to secondary energy sources. It is a product of energy and combustible material conversion process which is produced as the heat left in the process of fuel burning heat at the completion of the remnant. Although, the quality of afterheat is not that good, but the quantity is very huge. It means a lot to the energy conservation and emissions reduction and environmental protection in our country if it can be recycled reasonable and effective. Furthermore, the utilization of afterheat plays a more and more important role in improving working conditions, increasing the quality and quantity of the production and reducing production cost. Therefore, we must get down to reusing and recycling afterheat from now on.Aimed at this situation, this paper studies the development of energy-saving technology overseas, especially the technology of utilizable low-quantity afterheat. Based on the study, this paper points out the equipment with energy-saving potential in the process of viscose fiber production, puts forward recovery scheme of recycling water in the viscose fiber production steam and condensate in the central air conditioning system, and designs water and afterheat recovery system according to the real situation of the enterprises. The system is mainly the use of for recycling process of waste heat of steam and condensate. Flash tank and the condensate pump automatically play the most important role in making the system which can let the water and afterheat recovery come true work.This is an energy-saving renovation project for a textile enterprise in Sinkiang. It hopes to provide the reference for energy conservation and emission reduction of textile industry through the company’s energy-saving renovation project research. |
