Coagulation is is one of the important methods of swage treatment, widely used in water supply, sewage and industrial wastewater treatment. In addition to remove turbidity and chroma of the sensory index, it can also remove part of toxic and harmful pollutants;It can be a unit independent of the water treatment system, and also can be used in pretreatment, intermediate and final heat-treatment combined with other elements. It is an indispensable basic wastewater treatment technology.Wastewater in Fur pickling process can be recycled, but in the recycling process, with the increase of the number of cycles,continue to use recycling waste will affect the product quality.because of the proteins and their degradation products, oil and other substances accumulation. But recycling waste residues of chemical material with waste water, waste and increases the cost, but also pollute the environment. Therefore, the water acid section produced separately collected, treated and then back to the pickling process, can increase the recycling times, saving processing cost, reduce the discharge of waste water, treatment cost and can reduce the comprehensive wastewater. Therefore, considering from the simple processing method and characteristics of pickling waste liquid acidity, high salinity, by using the method of coagulation of pickling waste liquid treatment is the most appropriate choice.In this study, experiments to examine different types of flocculants (e.g.PAC, PAM,Al2(SO4)3),adopted by the factory of the pickling liquid, using a simple filtration after the flocculation treatment, some coagulation treatment experiments were made to study the optimal operation coditions. The result is that when the dosages of PAC and PAM are1500mg/L and10mg/L, the removal rates of COD and turbidity are more than30%and99%. Like that the result of PAM and Al2(SO4)3is that when pH is set to8,the dosages of PAM and Al2(SO4)3are15mg/L and2777mg/L,the removal rates of COD and turbidity are more than40%and93%.
