In recent years, with the development of modern industry, the demand whichneeds avert electrostatic hazard is gradually getting people’s attention, thus theresearch of antistatic coatings has become a hot topic. This article synthesis a UVcurable antistatic coating which a permanent antistatic property and the surfaceresistivity is107~108Ω/cm~2. In particular the use of UV curable waterborne hasenabled the product non-toxic, of no pollution, and harmless to the human body. Ibelieve that the technique will have a good prospect in food, health and other fields.The main contents and conclusions of the research are as follows:We use Maleic anhydride, Phthalic anhydride, Polyethylene glycol-400,Propylene glycol, Ethylene glycol, Butynediol to synthesis a rich source of carboxylterminated unsaturated resin and by adding alkaline substance and carboxyl saltforming reaction to gain antistatic polymer materials, the surface resistivityis1011Ω/cm~2.Study show: Use D1173as photoinitiator and Acrylonitrile as crosslinkingagent to effectively reduce the surface resistance of coating and the comprehensiveproperty is better.In order to improve the antistatic property of coating, we synthesis somepolymerizable antistatic agent containing N or P and to make them become a part ofunsaturated polyester resin by polymerization reaction.The result is that UV-curablecoatings containing these compounds have a permanent antistatic and the surfaceresistivity is107~108Ω/cm~2.We also study the effect of black and copper powder as conductive filler; theresult shows that additive antistatic coating has a good antistatic property in a dryenvironment.At last, we use a variety of analytical and testing equipments to optimize thepreparation process and parameters of conductive coating,and we get the bestscheme of the preparation of conductive coating....
