The square plansfiters,which is one of the three host milling equipment in flour industry,is a large rotating vibration machine, because of its lower consumption, high screeningefficiency, more graded,and compact structure, becomes one of the most general classificationand takes the powder equipment in the world wheat milling industry. And the same time,isrelatively easy to faulty equipment.The square plansfiters have the complex structure, andworks in high humidity environment,and in the dymaic enviroment for a long-term.Accordingto the experience and scholar’s study, the short beam of the screen box of the squareplansfiters and the bottom of the bolt joint the screen box and the transmission frame oftenfracture, how to accurately find the cause of the fracture structure, and to put forwardreasonable suggestions for improvement, for the site use, the fault diagnosis and theoptimization design of the structure have important guiding significance.At present the plansifters’ strength check is based on the experience and theoreticalcalculations in domestic. Now,we use the stress-strain test method, analyze the part which iseasier to damage in the square plansfiters, and made the following main research:1. According to the structural features of the plansifter, choosed the right strain gauges,and designed a test program;2. To Kaifeng Maosheng machinery co. LTD production of eight warehouse GaoFangping screen as the research object, according to Qiu Ming’s and Mo Mingli’s simulationresults and the actual use of static, chosed16valuable point, and carried on the static anddynamic strain measurement to measuring point, and corrected the test results, calculates theprincipal stress and the equivalent stress, found that the stress near the the shaft hole and thejunction which of the screen box and the drivetrain was biger, and put forward reasonablesuggestions for improvement;3. On the basis of finishing the test data, analyzed the factors affecting test precision in the process of testing in detail, after modification the influence factors, there was still an errorof5.87%.4. The test results and simulation results were compared and analyzed, the analysisresults showed that in2,5,8,12and14points measured results and simulation results are ingood consistency, but at6,9,10,11,15,16points, the error was bigger, and analysed thecauses of the error.
