| In this topic, condensed soybean phospholipids were modified by respectively enzymeand acetic anhydride without water and solvent as medium. Condensed soybeanphospholipids and acetylated phospholipids were mixtured with emulsifier such as Span80respectively, and performance the measurement of the combination emulsifier, eventuallyapplied to emulsion explosive industry, discuss the influence of the emulsifier on the basicproperties of emulsified explosive matrix.Condensed soybean phosphlipids was hydrolyzed by liquid enzyme of NovozymesLYN05024without adding water and organic solvents. Put the acid value changes before andafter reaction as a evaluation index, the influence of the reaction temperature, reaction timeand enzyme dosage on the Enzymatic modification of soybean phospholipid was studied. Thereaction conditions were optimized by response surface methodology as follows: actiontemperature68℃, reaction time1.1h and enzyme concentration was7.5%.The acid value ofthe phospholipids increased from17.2mgKOH/g to38.58mgKOH/g.After analyzed the maincomponents of raw material and the final product by the high performance liquidchromatography(HPLC),the hydrolysis rate of condensed soybean phosphlipids was77%atthe optimal parameters.Condensed soybean phospholipids were acetylated by acetic anhydride without solventas medium.The influence of the reaction temperature, reaction time and anhydride dosage onthe acetylization rate was studied. After orthogonal experiment, the optimal condition is:reaction temperature was80℃, reaction time was40min and acetic anhydride concentrationwas3%.Under the optional conditions the acetylization rate was68.92%.The before and afterthe modification of soybean phospholipids were analyzed infrared spectrum analysis, acetylwas successfully introduced into the acetylated modification of phospholipids. At the sametime, the dispersivity and emulsifying stability of modified soybean phospholipids andcondensed soybean phospholipids were studied and compared. As a result, the dispersivityand emulsifying of acetylated phospholipids were improved in different degree. Condensed soybean phospholipids,acetylated phospholipids and Span60were mixturedwith Span80respectively, determine the compatibility of different composite emulsifyingagent and paraffin oil,as a result,the behavior of emulsifier such as condensed soybeanphospholipids,acetylated phospholipids,Span60and Span80dissolved in liquid paraffin issimilar.and there is no chemical changes between all kinds of emulsifier in the process ofmixing compound.Condensed soybean phospholipids and acetylated phospholipids were mixtured withSpan80according to the different proportion, applied to emulsion explosive in smallexperiment, as a result, the performance such as free ammonium content and matrix particleshape, sizeof emulsified explosive matrix with acetylated phospholipids mixtured with Span80according to appropriate proportion is better than others. With special grease andcomposite plant wax as oil phase, condensed soybean phospholipids mixtured with Span80,Span60and T152as emulsifier, made of emulsion explosive, from the comparison,we knowthat the emulsion explosive matrix of with special grease for oil phase has good performance. |
