| This paper describe a study on a research of the recognition model of rice beanoil by the way of analyzing the information of full FA,sn-2FA and triglycerides.Theinformation of the four kinds of oil which were rice bean oil,palm oil,soybean oiland rapeseed oil were dealed and analyzed by chemometrics.There were31kinds ofpure rice bran oil,and the other three were30. The sample of blend oil were twoelements oils,the oil added in rice bran oil were palm oil,soybean oil and rapeseed oil.The blend proportion were1%,3%,5%,10%,15%and20%and number of the eachsample of each proportion were15.All the samples were pretreated before analyzed by gas chromatography and thepretreat methods were followed by GB/TGB/T17376-1998. The Ml FA,sn-2FAinformation of the four kinds of pure oil were colleted by gas chromatography. Thecontent of eight kinds of FA were caculated by normalized peak area.SIMCA wasused to distingwish rice bran oil. The recognition of rice bran oil of two differentpretreatments were97%and100%.The way of HPLC/ELSD was to collected the information of the triglycerides offour kinds of pure oil.The kinds of triglycerides were deifnited by retention time andthe content of the peaks. Five cluster of peaks were selected as the analysis object. The content of each cluster of peaks were used as the variable for Fisher discrimientanalysis. The recognition of rice bran oil was100%.The sample of the four kinds of pure oil were scaned by the infraredspectrometer at the range of400?4000cm-1.Two parts of the spectrometer whichwere1080?1125_cm1and1680-?1780cm1were selected as the characteristicinformation. The recognition model of the four kinds of oil were built by SIMCAand used for verification.The recognition of rice bran oil was100%.Th sample of rice bran blend oil were analyzed by gas chromatographyHPLC/ELSD and the information were dealed by Fisher discriminant analysis. Theresults showed that pure rice bran oil and the blend oil samples of1%contentproportion were easily mis-distinguished with each other.It is analyzed cosidered thatthe reason may be that the blend proportion were low so the difference of theinformation of pure oil and blend oil was not obvious. Different kinds of blend oilwere mis-distinguished with each other. |
