In recent years, aluminum resource is more and more demand in the society, thenumber of waste aluminum alloy is also increasing. According to the characteristicsof the waste aluminum: the waste aluminum surface oxidation too much, in excessivewaste aluminum impurity content is too high,(iron, copper, zinc) and other metal andnonmetal impurities is often contained. Effective recycling and waste aluminum canreduce the energy crisis. In recent years, with the growing demand for aluminumresources, the development of recycling economy, improve the utilization of recycledaluminum has become the development trend of the world. The development ofrecycling economy is the inevitable choice for sustainable development, and it can beseen as the green industry as the focus of the development of China’s Aluminum.This paper makes a brief analysis of the current domestic and foreign situation ofthe aluminum industry and development trend, based on the needs of the developmentof circular economy, many scholars extensive research on all aspects of the aluminumscrap recycling. This paper regards the waste aluminum of grade ZL101as rawmaterial, with a capacity of20kg of intermediate frequency smelting furnace and acapacity of50kg of standing holding furnace as the main research tool. Study on thescrap recycling process of the brand, and go on having an analysis of itsorganizational performance on this basis.The melting process is the most important link in the whole production process,according to the shape and size of the waste, grade specifications and the inclusion ofthe appropriate to choose the melting equipment. There are some issues to consider:how to improve the metal recovery, how to set the process parameters which makesthe smelting aluminum alloy containing a minimum amount of gas impurity, how toreduce pollution of the environment in the production index, how to improve the rateof metal melting reduce the burning, how to choose the melting agent refinery agent,these problems are not only we have to solve but also practical problems put in frontof us. Before the melting we need effective pretreatment for the scrap cuttings. Thefirst step is to filter waste, remove silt and size classification; the second step, thewaste is washed with water, further removal of non-metallic impurities to lay thefoundation for the next step manual processing; the third step is sorting the scrap scrap metal impurities in iron, stainless steel, copper, zinc, which makes fullyprepared for smelting.In the experiment, based on metallurgical analysis, detection of chemicalcomposition, mechanical properties testing.To investigate the effect of variousprocess parameters on the properties of recycled aluminum which process parametersinclude: flux ratio, melting temperature, the amount of flux added. Through theexperiment to examine the effect of processing parameters on microstructure andmechanical properties of recycled aluminum. To determine the optimal processparameters, under these conditions, make the best performance of the secondaryaluminum alloy.In order to develop recycling economy and promote green industry, this paperwill research from the above aspects. Finally get the elemental composition to meetthe standard requirements, low gas content, good comprehensive mechanicalproperties of aluminum alloy. After the experiment, summarized derived using thelow-temperature melting can reduce or avoid the melt burning phenomenon, themelting temperature is controlled at700°C-720°C, the dross removing agent is addedin an amount of4%, finally make the recovery rate of the aluminum alloy at83percent, the best time of removing gas set for15minutes, which makes recycledaluminum alloy density and primary aluminum are density closest. When the refiningagent flux choosing to the third group (40%of sodium chloride, potassium chloride40%, cryolite5%, the other ingredients15%) the melt purification effect is the best.
