With the rapid economic development, energy consumption and environmental pollution are growing more and more serious. Energy saving and emission reduction has become a topic of common concern to the people around the world. Countries around the world began to actively develop the new energy which is green environmentally friendly. Recovery and utilization of the waste heat resources are also more and more attentionChina’s "national economic and social development of the11th Five-Year Plan", clearly the "Eleventh Five-Year" period to reduce energy consumption per unit of gross domestic product (GDP) of about20%, and10%reduction in emissions of major pollutants, Also in the "12th Five-Year Plan that the reduction of the energy intensity and the proportion of non-fossil energy would serve as the binding targets of the12th Five-Year Plan". Currently, low-carbon run on coal as an energy-hungry enterprises implement is a good method to the energy conservation and sustainable development, waste heat recovery and utilization of resources (such as mine return air, mine drainage, bath wastewater, etc.) is the important measures of the energy saving and emission reduction to coal enterprises.Mine ventilation is an indispensable part of any coal mine, and return air temperature and humidity of the mine remained constant throughout the year. Return air bears a lot of low-temperature heat, which provides a conditions precedent for the application of heat pump technology.This article is based on the theory of heat transfer, in referenceing to the literature of spray chamber theoretical and the instances of coal mine waste heat resources recycling, which used the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and engineering instance method of combining to recycle the waste heat under cold climate conditions.In this paper, Ma jiacun coal mine as the example. First through the analysis of the return air heat recovery Ma jiacun coal mine resources, determined the feasibility of the project to implement; then the mine return air heat exchanger and Wellbore antifreeze heat exchanger designed for the the local alpine climatic conditions, so that it can operate normally in the alpine region; once again, made a detailed introduction of the waste heat recovery technology and major equipment, Finally, from the annual net income of the waste heat recovery to the coal, The economic benefits of the mine return air waste heat recovery was calculated. Keep the system in compliance with relevant wellbore temperature into the wind, and can also play the role of energy to saying and emission reduction.
