This paper studied how to make use of the waste heat and waste steam generated in the production process, in order to reduce production costs, improve product yield and quality, and achieve the purposes of energy saving. Firstly, the working principles and operation characteristics of MVR and waste heat recovery evaporator were studied and summarized, On the basis of it, combining with the production practic, we focused on studies of crystalline glucose production in the liquefied waste gas treatment and concentrated evaporation energy consumption situation. Finally, experiments were conducted to explore the full use of the respective advantages of MVR evaporation device and multi-effect waste heat evaporation. And the whole production line of thermal equilibrium was allocated reasonably to achieve the goals of the evaporation system zero health steam consumption by making full use of the liquefied waste steam. In the production process of crystalline glucose, highly efficient energy-saving advantages of MVR evaporator were introduced for a low concentration of the evaporating section, which played the role of the pre-concentration to realize secondary injection liquefaction and improve product quality. Meanwhile, it made full use of its flash waste steam heat source as a material evaporation, rather than to drain and waste. According to the heat balance between liquefaction flash and evaporation, automation control was designed reasonably to ensure a coordinated operation between the waste heat from process and waste heat use process.
