While the word is working hard to use simulated moving bed technology to prepare fructose process, separate liquid fructose fraction from glucose fraction, collect fructose fraction, and then obtain crystal fructose in an aqueous solution of crystalline manner. Compared to other sugars Production process, this crystallized process is difficult, generating of very small grains, and demanding a long time to crystal. Many domestic organization studying in crystalline fructose area, succeed rarely, and industrialization have not been reported yet. We carefully studied the relevant information and conducted a large number of tests, two factors in fructose crystallization were critical:First, the purity must reach up to95%or even96%; Secondly, the viscosity of crystalline fluid must be low. After testing the F45fructose syrup, it contained fructose and glucose, as well as about4%-6%of the polysaccharide from glucose saccharification liquid, including maltose, maltotriose, maltotetraose and oligosaccharides. When this part of polysaccharides separated in the simulated moving bed, most of the fractions converted into the glucose, some into fructose. With respect to the fructose and glucose, the viscosity of polysaccharides is quite high. In particular under high concentrations (about85%). the viscosity increases faster, even if only0.5%of polysaccharide into fructose fractions, will greatly increase the fructose crystallization liquid viscosity, affecting the process of crystallization. Meanwhile, most of the polysaccharide got into glucose fractions, making it difficult to separate. For this reason, the production process at home and abroad, transform most of the glucose fraction by direct differences constitute F45fructose or dubbed F55fructose sale, to avoid the accumulation of fructose fraction polysaccharides. Which makes the production of crystalline fructose, there must be more than twice the F45fructose, or producing more than five times the F55fructose by-products, the production process and sales management became quite complex. The program is based on the key problem in crystalline fructose preparation-the polysaccharide content affected water dissolution method. We used sequential simulated moving bed technology-a three-phase separation, separating high fructose corn syrup into glucose, fructose and polysaccharide. By this way, We collected purity of more than95%high fructose corn syrup solution, and concentrated in vacuo to about85%. Then added seed crystal, through crystallization, centrifugation dehydration, and drying, etc process, we obtained crystalline fructose products. After re-saccharification and isomerization, Polysaccharide fractions with glucose fraction returned in sequential simulated moving bed to be separated. In order to avoid producing more than twice the F45or five times more than the F55high fructose corn syrup byproduct. Besides, this technology improves the overall yield of the crystalline fructose, and simplifies the production process. The purity of the product can reach up to99.5%, raw material glucose can be almost completely converted to crystalline fructose products. It brought about good economic and social benefits.
