| Phthalocyanine is a class of chemical compounds with highly conjugated18Ï€electronic system. The strong interaction between the electron ring system and the strongtransitions in the visible region contribute to the excellent thermal stability optical stabilityand chemical stability. Recently,as their numerous unique properties and novel features,this kind of functional material are widely applied in liquid crystal materials, chemicalsensors, nonlinear optical materials, anticancer drug materials catalysts and any otherhigh-tech fields. However, the non-substituted phthalocyanine has poor solubility inorganic solvents and they have bad film-forming effect,which limit their applications. Forthe sake of improving their solubility in organic solvents and obtaining the ideal physicaland chemical properties, modification of the molecular structure is needed, such asintroducing a soluble group on the the peripheral benzene ring and axial of thephthalocyanine molecule and so on. To meet the requirements of many applications, manyscientific and technical workers are focus on the design and synthesis of different easilysoluble phthalocyanine compounds. Based on this, in this paper,by using4-nitro-phthalonitrile and metal salt as raw material, a series of similar phthalocyaninewith carboxyl substituted were successfully prepared.And they were characterized by IR,1HNMR and UV-visible absorption spectrum.In this paper,we focus on the application of metal phthalocyanines in moleculardetection.We studied and discussed the influences of different metal ions and PH value ontheir UV-visible absorption spectrum of the four-(4-carboxylatophenoxy) copperphthalocyanine and cholesteryl substituted zinc phthalocyanine Ultimately we concludedthat, the series phthalocyanine we synthetized have good thermal stability and goodsolubility.In addition,the kind of phthalocyanine we studied are sensitive to metal ion andacid-base Compared with others.We provide basic materials and data for the fabrication ofdevices by the synthesis of a number of materials.This paper is also work for theapplication of this kind of material in pH detection and ion detection. It also has potentialsignificance in detecting cancer cells. |
