CCAF is a class of new material, which has low density and novel physical, mechanical, electrical, acoustic and other properties. However, because of its low strength, brittleness, which affects the further promotion of the new lightweight materials inindustry. By studying the mechanical properties of different porosities CCAF in differenttemperatures and finite element simulation, got the better density situation of its surfaceand its surface pore density law while the internal pore structure is basically unaffected, which not only makes the characteristics of CCAF well preserved, but also makes its ownstrength improved significantly. The main contents are as follows:(1) In this paper, using MATLAB programming, achieved holes generation methodthat its center and radius were randomly assigned to ensure that any two round holes donot interest. By taking this program into ABAQUS software, produced four differentporosity models of CCAF.(2) Through the Gleeble test, obtained its mechanical characteristic curves at differenttemperatures. Thereby, got the effect of temperature and porosity on the material Young’smodulus and the buffer platform area.(3) Proposed to achieve the vision of dense surface by rolling after part-heating.Through the hot test of the actual surface heating, got the CCAF which surface was denseand internal pore structure basically unchanged.(4) Through ABAQUS software platform, researched the CCAF’s heating modes andthe univariate factors (porosity, heating time and reduction) on the impact of CCAFsurface dense pattern, and sums up the corresponding formula.
