| Fieldbus technology is the trend in the development of CNC system nowadays. Withfieldbus technology, performance of CNC system can be improved greatly. However, fieldbustechnology is not widely used in CNC system in China, which limits the development ofhigh-performance CNC system. Therefore, it’s of great significance to research the fieldbuscommunication protocol and the monitor device, and it’s very importance that the fieldbuslink is of real-time, high reliability and full digit captured and analyzed. The main contents ofthe thesis are:A monitor platform based on NCUC-Bus(NC Union of China Fieldbus) has beenproposed and designed. System structure, topological structure and communicationmechanism of NCUC-Bus have been analyzed and the key technologies of the monitorplatform have been studied, including real-time performance, reliability and full-digitalinformation.High performance hardware platform has been designed based on ARM and FPGA. Dataacquisition, data processing and data analysis have been realized by filed-bus communicationwith NCUC-Bus. Human machine interface, Ethernet interface and USB interface have alsobeen applied in this system.WinCE system has been built in this platform and program has been transplanted. Dataprocessing of fieldbus has been analyzed. Application program and communication flowinterface driver have been developed. Data structure of fieldbus link and basic link situationhave been analyzed.Through the fieldbus monitoring experiment platform, the function has been examinedand analyzed. Delay time and interrupt response time of the fieldbus communication interfacehave been tested, and high reliability has been examined.The monitor platform based on the NCUC-Bus has been applied in the high-grade CNCsystem, which has been met the requirements of the market. |
