In this paper,the research and development of SPA-H steel is based on platform ofhot rolling mill of XinSteel. The influence of heating temperature,rolling temperature.therolling speed and cooling Rate of steel was studied Through The and application ofcontrolled rolling and controlled cooling technology at home and abroad were summarized.The Study on Optimal of Production Technology OF SPA-H STEEL,and implementindustrial production,puts forward the methods to settle the main working parameters ofSPA-H.It was study on the influence of Microstructure and Property in SPA-H steel byadjusting the heating temperature,rolling temperature and coiling temperature. This paperanalyses the influence of the the main factors is The heart of existence in ferrite and graindistribution is uneven.Through the study of cooling speed after rolling steel plate, points outthat the method of using accelerated cooling rate after rolling, SPA-H steel center of ferritewith tissue to remove effectively, and the uniform distribution of grain refinement, improvemechanical properties of steel plate after rolling.Research shows that the optimizing process: heating temperature1220℃,roughingrolling temperature1180℃, final rolling temperature1050℃,starting finishingtemperature1020℃, finishing rolling temperature is880℃, coiling temperature is560℃.Through the industrial mass production practice and tracking analysis of mechanicalperformance test results, verified by process parameters optimization of rolling process, canensure the mechanical properties of the100%pass rate, the successful development of SPA-H steel.
