More ways to generate oilfield wastewater, emissions from large, combined witha variety of Aquatic oil spills polluted surface water. Outer displacement of oilfieldwastewater in China with the sharp increase in crude oil production has increased yearby year, thus causing serious harm to the environment and human health. Therefore,the oilfield wastewater has been much attention. Our previous obtain an addicted to theoil bacteria NY3, the bacteria in the treatment of oilfield wastewater to reduceprocessing costs and improve the treatment effect of practical significance.This thesis, the bacteria produced wastewater treatment of high concentrationnutrition and process conditions, and to study the immobilization conditions and itsoily wastewater treatment process parameters, the following research:(1) NY3can biodegrade petroleum hydrocarbons normally in high oilywastewater (500-2000mg/L), a wide pH range (6to9), high-salt conditions. The24hpetroleum hydrocarbon removal rate higher than75%; plus2g/L NaCl, the removalrate of crude oil can be improved20%approximately. But the conditions of10mg/LAg+, Cr6+, Hg2+, Ni2+, etc., can inhibit NY3to biodegrade petroleum hydrocarbonssignificantly, the inhibition of Ag+is the most obvious, the hydrocarbon degradationefficiency reduced about50%.(2) NY3use the nitrogen source of ammonium nitrate selectivly, the oildegradation efficiency can be as high as81.75%after24h. The pharmaceuticalcompound I and the pharmaceutical compound II can promote the efficiency whenNY3degrade petroleum hydrocarbons, and two mixed pharmaceutical use than usedalone, the removal efficiency of straight-chain alkanes, phenanthrene and pyrene can be promoted more than20%,30%and21%, respectively.(3) polyurethane foam is the ideal immobilized carrier of NY3. Using acid, alkalifollowed by soaking the carrier enables cells more easily adhere to the surface of thepolyurethane foam. Immobilization51h, solid-liquid ratio0.010, temperature35°C,shaking speed150r/min and fixed initial pH value of9.0, the biomass immobilized onpolyurethane foam highest up to568.43mg/g.NY3(4) The immobilized agents that prepared by polyurethane foam and NY3candegrade high concentrations of oily wastewater efficiently.When the oil concentrationof wastewater up to2g/L, after24h,the removal rate of hydrocarbons in the wastewater is more than95%. And immobilized agents’ reuse-number more than50cycles.Shorten the hydraulic retention time to12h can ensure that petroleum hydrocarbondegradation rate is more than95%, and the system is running stable.The results of these studies laid the foundation for applications which NY3degrade oily wastewater.
