In recent years, with the rapid development of traditional chinese medicinepharmaceutical industry, the chinese waste water, waste production also increases.Chinese traditional medicine wastewater has a complex composition, concentration,chroma, the factors aoved make the wastewater treatment difficult. Some companiesare not treated, indiscriminate discharge, causing serious pollution and destruction ofChina’s water environment. Therefore, looking for effective and economic way to solvethe Chinese traditional medicine wastewater treatment is very necessary.The Xi’an Shi Ji Shengkang, Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer ofprofessional manufacturers of traditional Chinese medicine injection preparations. Itsgeneral medicine production is that the enterprise is the production of injectionmedicine, the product was purified more complex, higher concentration of thewastewater generated, COD up to180000240000mg/L, total nitrogen up of2400mg/L. Wastewater treatment works, Shengkang pharmaceutical companies havegood research value, an exemplary role and technology to promote the value of greatsignificance to explore traditional Chinese medicine wastewater treatment process.The concentration wastewater of the pharmaceutical adopt the UASB anaerobic+Fenton method treatment process,, the influent COD concentration is10800mg/L andSS concentration is293mg/L, after treatment, the effluent COD concentration is584mg/L, SS concentration is174mg/L,COD removal efficiency is94.5%, the SSremoval efficiency is40.6%; synthetic wastewater adopt multi-stage biological contactoxidation+aeration biological filter method process, synthetic wastewater by multi-stage biological contact oxidation+aeration biological filter method process.The text describe the chinese traditional medicine wastewater simulation test ofthe Fenton’s reagent. Fenton’s reagent optimal conditions: pH value of5.0,FeSO4·7H2O dosage0.003mol/250mL reaction time to120min, H2O2/Fe2+dosageratio of4:1, the wastewater COD removal rate to67.59%.
