This paper has two parts, the physical simulation system of deep coal rock ispart of the collaborative project which belongs to my work unit,the experiment ofboundary anti-friction method in geomechanical model test is proposed from myresearch wrok. The physical simulation system of deep coal rock provided aexperimental platform for researching adsorption and desorption rule of methaneand suddenly emitting of methane gas;geomechanical boundary anti-friction methodultimately propose several effective and easy to use anti-friction method for modeltest field through systematic analysis and research.This paper has desgined the mainstructure of the system, drawn engineering drawings, and made mechanical analisysabout the key structural components and provides a basis for the production ofsystem;and the paper also has analyzed mechanical processes of boundary friction ingeomechanical model test and proposed several new anti-friction methods on thebasis of the complete study of existing methods and anti-friction mechanism.In thelast,we desgined some verification experiment and study the effiction of theanti-friction method.This equipment of deep coal physical simulation system is currently one of theequipments of highest stress and gas pressure and the largest size of model at homeand abroad.Firstly,this paper has a detailed breakdown about its functional andtechnical requirements, use the corresponding steel structure to achieve its functionsand requirements.The system made up the elastic deformation by using hollowcylinders,and achieve movement of the large structures through the linear guide ofTHK.This paper completed the detail mechanical analysis on the lagre-scalestructure in the device,carried out corresponding optimization on the basis of theresults of structural analysis until the analysis results meet the system requirementson structural strength and stiffness.The model boundary anti-friction method provides correct engineeringboundary conditions for large-scale geomechanical model test,the study analysisdetailly the mechanical process of boundary friction and the advantages anddisadvantages of conventional friction-reducing methods,and make somecomparison with the boundary conditions in the real.Basing on the above theoreticalanalysis and research,the study proposed several boundary anti-friction method inwhich the boundary in the experiment is more similar with the boundary in theengineering.this paper designed corresponding validation test from two differentangles,and compared the different effiection in the three boundary conditions of nomeasures,the traditional approach and the new anti-friction method.The test results show that effect of the new boundary anti-friction method is obvious.
