| Energy is the driving force of national economy. As the most basic form of energy, coal isthe most important part. But coal combustion leads to air pollution and environment damage.Sulfur is the root cause of the air pollution and environment damage. Due to the variousness ofthe existence of sulfur in coal, some of them are difficult to be removed. In order to reduce thepollution of the air, it’s necessary to study the sulfur fixation technology, which is the mostdirect and effective way for sulfur removing. This paper focuses on the sulfur fixationtechnology during the coal combustion, proposes an optimized condition for the coal combustionbased on theory analysis and experiments with high sulfur coal.In this paper, high sulfur coal from Yijun, Tongchuan city, Shaanxi province was pickedout as the samples for the coal flotation desulfurization and ash physical test; next, the physicalmethod was selected to remove organic sulfur for sulfur fixation experiment. The fixation sulfurexperiment with single factor was conducted; factors like sulfur fixation agent selection, theadding amount of sulfur retention agent selection, size of pulverized coal particle andtemperature etc. were taken into considerations.In the part of Orthogonal test design, the results of orthogonal experiment were used toanalyze the interaction effect with various factors on sulfur retention, obtained the optimalcombination condition of fixed sulfur and ash.In the paper, JMP was chosen for data analysis. The analysis model was established byusing the linear least squares regression method. The trend and interactions of Sulfur fixing agent,additive, and temperature was simulated with this model, the orthogonal experiment results werevalidated by the model, and these results in turn validates the model. The constraint conditionswere simulated by JMP, the results meet the Shaanxi province "the maximum coal" class C arearequirements for city of sulfur fixation efficiency. Finally, the simulation results were verified bythe final experiment.The proposed constraint conditions in the city burns coal the solid sulfur, sulfur fixation rate, ash content, calorific value of indicators are in line with the Shaanxi Province,"coal" standardfor city provisions in their respective conditions, has the potential market value for promotion. |
