This paper discussed the implementation issues of Jiaozuo Coal Group Pony large anglebelt conveyor lift system,based on the four roller deep trough belt conveyor. I made adetailed analysis of the selection from the structure to the dynamic characteristics of the mainhoist system to the inverter control. Using Belt conveyor as the core, according to the designrequirements of the high transport speed, large capacity, inclination, through the analysis andcalculation of the system to optimize the selection and design. The article first combined theresearch status and the development trend of the belt conveyor at home and abroad, thencombined with specific design requirements on the system structure of the main lift systembased on the four roller deep trough belt conveyor, conveyor speed, transmission bandwidth,angle and driving force to optimize the analysis. Then according to the optimization results tooptimize the selection of system driver modules, transmission modules, support modules andbrake module. Meanwhile, according to the initial velocity and acceleration characteristiccurve of the main hoist system startup process to optimize and select the start-up time and theinverter. Finally, based on the downhole equipment operational safety requirements, usingfieldbus technology, digital design technology and software technology to design the systemelectronic control module and the detection module.This article is based on the four roller deep trough belt conveyor inclination main hoistsystem, after more than a year of actual inspection, the performance indicated the system meetthe design requirements with stable operation, no obvious sliding material phenomenon, safeand reliable, low failure rate, laid a solid foundation to meet the enterprises to expandproduction scale, improve the economic efficiency.
