In this thesis, a novel green cellulose solvent system was exploited as well asexaminated adopting electrospinning process, based on which, conductive nano fibers wasprepared by taking Polyaniline as the conductive medium. The green solventsystem, which shows excellent solubility upon cellulose at low temperature, is a mixedaqueous solution consisting of PEG and NaOH in a certain proportion. Moreover, conductive polyaniline was prepared in phosphoric acid solution by using electrochemicalmethod, and the optimal synthesis condition of conductive polyaniline was determined byusing Orthogonal Test Method. Finally, conductive nanofibers were prepared by blendingpolyaniline with cellulose solution. The structures and properties of the products were further characterized utilizingSEM, Polarizing microscope, TG-DSC thermal analysis, FTIR, viscosity analysis andXRD. The results indicated that: NaOH/PEG/water solvent system can well dissolve thecellulose as well as successfully prepare the cellulose nanofibers, the diameter of which isbetween80nm and260nm; taking the conductivity of polyaniline as the evaluation index, the optimal synthesis condition of polyaniline can be determined according to theOrthogonal Test data; the addition of polyaniline has a effect on the spinnability ofcellulose solution with a large number of “spindle” structure appearing on the fibermembrane and fiber defects increasing; with the same polyaniline content, theconductivity of the coating fiber membrane was significantly higher than that of theelectrospun fiber membrane; study on the morphology and conductivity of the conductivefiber membrane showed that this study successfully prepared the conductive film materialwith controllable morphology, indicating that the conductive property of conductive fibermembrane can be designed, to some extent, achieving practical value.
