Nickel base alloy GH4169is widely used in automobile, shipbuilding, aviationindustrial materials, its antioxidant properties and high temperature deformationresistance performance than general metal. However, due to the high hardness and strengthof plastic properties make its processability, nickel base alloy, the cutting force needed is1.5–2times the general steel, cutting heat generation is2times that of steel, plasticmaterials and machining hardening due to severe in metal cutting tool to produce hightemperature causes serious wear, processed parts surface hardening. These defects restrictthe wide application of nickel base alloy, high speed cutting just can solve the problems ofhigh speed cutting, compared with the traditional machining nickel-based alloy productionefficiency can be increased by about20%, the processing cost can be reduced by15%–20%, with most of the increase of the cutting speed cutting heat is chipping away, can ensure a low temperature and small impact. Natural frequency of vibration frequencyat the same time machine in the high-speed cutting conditions from process system, caneffectively improve the machined surface quality, prolong the service life of the knife. Inrecent years, the theory of finite element and constantly enrich and develop, and based onthe finite element analysis method in the high-speed cutting is widely used in research. In this paper, based on the basic theory of finite element, the establishment oftwo-dimensional plane strain model by using the finite element software ABAQUS/explictand Hypermesh and3D model, using nonlinear finite element method of stress, strain, temperature distribution regularity of cutting parameters should be different cutting planestrain of2D model and3D thermo-mechanical coupled model of chip shape deformationcharacteristics, and analysis of serrated chip formation mechanism of adiabatic sheartheory and the plastic slip theory, at the same time, through the control of constitutiveequation parameters, comparative analysis of residual effect of processing surfacehardening and machining accuracy of the stress change rule. This paper will be more efficient engineering analysis used in nickel base alloyprocessing theory with nonlinear finite element method, in order to realize the parameteroptimization and improve tool life, improve the machined surface quality plays a guidingrole, there are some instruction significance.
