| In this paper, using moiré interferometry and video amplify meter method to testthe high temperature fracture toughness of the alloy at room and high temperatures.Below are the fruits of the paper as well as innovation points:(1) the paper also uses the video method and moiré interferometry extensometertest, fracture toughness, high temperature alloy using the two methods of non-contactmeasurement characteristics of the test specimen crack mouth opening displacement.Using MathCAD, Excel, drawing software, such as ConnerDecter software forprocessing, obtained the displacement data, load displacement curve drawing.Compared the two methods, the experiment shows that the grating frequency300lines/mm moiré interference method precision is higher than the video method,extensometer in high temperature environment, video identification markers indifficulties, extensometer and moiré interferometry can be read clearly stripe series.(2) in this paper, the moiré interferometry method with video amplify metermethod to test the high temperature alloy material fracture toughness from roomtemperature to650℃. Experimental data does not content the plane strain fracturetoughness KICtest criterion, analyzed the reason of the cause of the plane strainfracture toughness KICand put forward the solutions.(3) In this paper, the same thickness of different temperature, different thicknessof the specimen fracture toughness values of the same temperature has carried on thequalitative and quantitative analysis. By experiment data can be concluded thatthickness of the same sample, the higher the temperature, the lower the loaddisplacement curve of the linear section of the slope, the critical load conditions of Pqvalue is smaller, under the condition of high temperature material fracture toughnessvalue is affected by the intersection of the thickness and temperature, the change ofthe fracture toughness has a complex effect, the thickness of the temperature and thethickness of the mutual coupling.Under the condition of high temperature moiré interferometry and videonon-contact measurement extensometer able to solve routine use method stretchgauge extensometer heat deformation problem, reduce the test error.
