The risk of fire, dust, impact pressure, and gas explosion are the common mine disasters,in the invent of these disasters, the disaster area expand quickly, which is a direct threat tosafety of mine and lives of its underground staff, to prevent the expansion of the disaster andcut the losses, protect the lives safety of rescue workers, we need to establish the rapid sealwall to insulate the disaster area quickly and effectively, such as the area liable to spontaneouscombustion, harmful gas sources or gas gathering area. Therefore, the mine rescue rapid sealtechnology is an important issue to be solved in the mine rescue work.The current paper studies the rapid seal system mainly include gas bag, hydrogelexplosion-proof seal based on the analysis of different rapid seal type. First, the paperanalyzing the gel process and mechanism of gelation of the filler material, raising thehydrogel filling material preparation method, researching the gelling time by experiment,including the variation law of gelling time under different influence factors, and the mostappropriate concentration of gel material, mastered the stability and mechanical properties ofthe hydrogel material. Secondly, select a rapid airbag enclosed material, and test the flameretardant. At the same time, determining the fixed and inflatable method of airbag byanalyzing the adaptability of different shapes of roadway and structural design. Finally, bytesting in the different simulated tunnel, realizing the distance safety construction. Byapplication in Dafosi and Xiaonangou coal fire rescue, it plays a very important role for therapid isolation of the fire district and rescue.The paper improves the rapid seal system, created a safe rescue environment to provide aguarantee to prevent the expansion of disasters and reduce losses and to protect the lives andsafety of the rescue workers, enhance mine disaster prevention and resilience ability, to ensurethe lives safety of miners.
