Sintering machine as the main body of the sintering process equipment, sintering pallet isthe core of the sintering machine, due to the work environment is bad, so sintering pallet ismore easily damaged components. At the same time, the cost of the car for half the cost of thesintering machine, so that the strength and stiffness on the basis of table body structureoptimization to reduce the sintering machine weight, reduce manufacturing cost and enhancethe competitiveness of enterprises.By using the finite element software ANSYS to analysis field test three possibledangerous conditions, and the results show that the table body machine working condition ofmaximum tensile stress appears in the first (the role of mechanical load) or in the third, themaximum compressive stress appears in the third condition (mechanical load and thermalload combination), the allowable stress of temperature changes, so the two kinds of conditionis dangerous conditions; Cross section under the condition of little change temperaturedifference are the main factors affecting the thermal stress; Provided at the back of theoptimization design idea and direction.Puts forward the structure of the wing type sintering pallet,Through the mechanicsperformance and sealing to compare, the results indicate that the wing type sintering pallet isbetter than the ordinary sintering pallet. This for the next table body provides a basis for thedesign of the trend.To allowable stress and stiffness as constraint conditions, table body weight as objectivefunction, ANSYS optimization module as a tool, with optimization theory and methods ofsintering machine table body structure optimization design; The initial analysis of theoptimization results in the change tendency of the design variables, and their optimizedinfluence; Combining the expert design experience, the optimized table body standardization.According to the previous practice and theoretical foundation, from sintering machine totalweight and seal effect system into account, the sintering machine length-width ratiooptimization, sintering machine overall weight reduced, air leakage rate has been reduced byabout9%. The optimization effect is obvious, for the designer to provide the optimized tablebody section and stress parameter table, and parametric design for the future to createconditions.
