Chaohu lake as a typical type of shallow lake in the middle and lower reachesof the Yangtze river. In recent years, because of the frequent occurrence ofcyanobacterial blooms caused extensive concern of the government and society.This paper aim at the problem of eutrophication on chao lake basin significantlyyear by year, ring chaohu basin agricultural production and life sewage pollutionsources distribution range is wide, it is difficult to use industrial sewage processingmethod to deal with these characteristics, research the repair function of aquaticplants on water ecological environment of the related theory, put forward to smallduckweed floating plants, as some of the small lake in the city, ponds, paddy field,rural water eutrophication of chaohu lake each tributary to repair the researchobject, the following research:First, through visits and investigations on the northwest of chaohu lake near byhefei basin, according to the collection basis, method of collection and selectionduckweed, collected a variety of duckweed, which widely grown in chaohu lakearea, and classify. Determine the Spirodela polyrrhiza, Lemna paucicostata, wolffiaarrhiza for analytical laboratory use.Research the laboratory conditions limit theduckweed growth conditions, can make duckweed subsequent in a goodenvironment to do related experiments lay a scientific foundation.Secondly, studied three duckweed kinetics of the absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus, to verify the effectiveness of the three duckweed on nitrogen andphosphorus absorption kinetics can use Michaelis-Menten (mie equation) described,by comparing three kinds of duckweed in the different concentrations of nitrogen,phosphorus, the protein and total phosphorus in the body growth.Ntrogen andphosphorus removal rate in the system as well as the absorption and utilizationanalysis of total removal effect by analyzing, we get the duckweed,whose proteinand phosphorus can increase through the absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus inthe system. Duckweed in the system the use of nitrogen, phosphorus andaccumulation, not only can be converted into themselves need nutrients, also reduces the phosphorus concentration in the system.Finally, studies three kinds of duckweed contain starch, protein, such asnutrition components, the use of three kinds of duckweed contain starch, researchthe method of using by anaerobic fermentation of ethanol. Get three duckweedpretreatment prior to fermentation and fermentation temperature, the optimalcombination of time, make its starch fermentation rate is improved. Analyzing eachindex of the of fermentation components change. As duckweed in the future scaleof the energy used for making ethanol fermentation processing provides atheoretical basis.
