| Guangxi Longtou Mn mine has been using open stope method exploiting for a long time, rock pillars are not normal, and form large of mined-out area. Since March2010, longtou Mn mine started to appear ground pressure activities, has caused part of the pillar collapsed, dislocation and severe ground pressure phenomena such as landslide, and has caused a serious threat for mine safety in production.On the basis of related literature at home and abroad, this paper elaborates method of control the ground pressure and stability analysis of mined-out area. According to the field investigation and actual situation, we install monitoring equipment in main roadway and mined-out area to monitor the goaf ground pressure activity real-time and pressure distribution rule. According to analyze the field monitoring data, we get the rule and the hidden trouble in security of the mine. Because of the difference of goaf stability condition between the upper1,2,3layer and the lower4layer, we respectively use different methods analysising the empty area stability, to make the results of the analysis conform to the mine actual situation. On one hand, we use theoretical methods calculating and analysising the stability of Goaf pillar and big pillar of goaf periphery in upper layer; on the other hand, when goaf of the upper1,2,3layer remains stable and does not affect the lower ore mining, Cusp catastrophe theory is used to simulate the allowable pillar spacing in goaf under the condition of goaf stability. It brings constructive significance to the ore body mining.Based on the mechanical analysis and cusp catastrophe theory, when part of the pillars in upper layer goaf have been damaged, we use FLAC-3D finite difference software simulate the goaf entirety stability of upper1,2,3layer and lower4layer. The simulation results are indicated that the mine ground pressure activity particularly clear. In order to ensure mine production and personnel safety, pressure management is urgently needed to control countermeasures. The simulation results have certain reference value for practical engineering.At the same time, aiming at cavity pressure phenomenon and the safety of mining which is in process, and according the above results, we gives constructive suggestions for controlling ground pressure at the end of this paper, and hope providing reference for similar projects. |
