Gongchangling mining company surface mineablepart of hejia is one of the main part of Anshan Iron&Steelmining company. Although accidents like landslide has notoccurred in slope engineering of hejia s surface mineable part,as the Mining depth increases. The stability problem of fixedside slope located in the hanging side of river bed will becomeprominent.In order to guarantee the safety and steady of side slopelocated in the hanging side, preventing serious staff injuresand deaths or being forced to suspend production, we mustanalyse the steady of upper plate slope as a whole. Put forwardand take effective measures to forcast and preventive treatment.Therefore,it is of great significance to the normal productionof surface mineable part and prevention of serious accidentthat developing the steady analyse and side slope structureoptimization design of upper plate slope located in hejiasurface mineable part.the paper deals with upper plate slope located in hejiasurface mineable part, through the comprehensive applicationof geological exploration on the scene, make sure the structureof slope rock mass.We make the numerical simulation by usingFLAC software、 analyse the computation and put forwardprocessing scheme of side slope instability to make sure thathejia will take the upper plate slope pattern,and finally wecome up with the countermeasures.
