| With economic development, people’s living standards improvement, municipal solid waste (MSW) production increases sharply. The sanitary landfillprocessing technology is popular used because of its low construction investment andoperating cost and has been a main disposal way for MSW,but the landfill leachate bringsecondary pollution problem has become the important issue of environmental pollution.Mature Landfill Leachate water quality is poor biodegradability, high ammoniacontent, complex composition, ect. The traditional biochemical process has high operatingcosts and is not difficult to meet standard for COD and ammonia and other issues. CODand ammonia nitrogen can not meet standard with biochemical processing is caused bypoor biodegradability of mature landfill leachate. Therefore, improving the mature landfillleachate biodegradability become an important issue to control landfill leachate pollutionand protect the water environment. The experiment researches Anshan City Yangeryu Sanitary Landfill leachate. Thesanitary landfill is more than14years and the landfill leachate is typical of mature landfillleachate with the blacksmell water, poor biodegradability. Based on anaerobic sludgedomestication and cultivation, research new processing "anaerobic hydrolysisacidification and iron-carbon micro electrolysis " influencing factors with mature landfillleachate. Experimental results show that the anaerobic hydrolysis acidification stage, when the reaction temperature was controlled at about40℃, pH value of about6.5,hydraulic retention time of24h, mature landfill leachate BOD5/CODCris increased fromthe original water0.073to0.20.3,the average value of0.25.Studying on improvingmature landfill leachate biodegradability of the anaerobic effluent by iron charcoal themicro electrolytic, controlling the reaction under acidic conditions, adjusting the pH ofabout5.0, the iron-carbon ratio of1:1, the reaction time of60min, effluent BOD5/CODCrcan reach0.3to0.4. Anaerobic hydrolysis acidification and iron-carbon micro electrolysisprocess mature Landfill Leachate, making its BOD5/CODCrraising the average to0.365,the average net increase0.292, greatly enhanced biodegradability, and is conducive to theconduct of the subsequent biological treatment. After the new standard being fullimplemented after the July2008, traditional biochemical methods have been unable tomeet the requirements of the new standard, through the new processing combined withlate subsequent aerobic biological treatment of landfill leachate water to reach through the"Solid Waste Landfill Pollution Control Standard "(GB16889-2008). |
