Copper nickel alloy, due to its excellent corrosion resistance, good plastic deformation ability, andeasy to features, was widely used in petroleum, chemical, shipbuilding, precision instruments, medicalequipment and other industries. Preparation technology, one of the important factors that affect coppernickel alloy performance, is the tap focus of research. In order improve the performance of copper-nickelalloy block, improve traditional refining and the preparation method has become a new path to explore. This article, using a new method-flow levitation method, prepared and studied the nickel and copper-nickelnano-particles. The result shows that the rate of atoms is related to limit element, and the nano-particleswere occurred at high temperature zone, which is independent of growing zone. The test result shows, measured by XPS, those Cu-Ni nano-particles has good thermal stability and oxidation resistance.According to the temperature curve of nickel, the preparation process of copper–nickel weredetermined, and adopts the vacuum hot pressing method and the cold press sintering method to makingbulks. The cold pressing sintering bulks show those bulks has some oxidation reaction on surface, and thedensity is about98percent, more over the surface hardness is increase on the temperature, the peak isoccurred at900℃and the hardness is about1.5times to general. Beside above of all, the size ofnano-particles is increase by temperature, and the nano-structure was destroyed over at1000℃.The results show, hot-pressing sintering, copper-nickel bulk’s hardness is directly related to the size ofnano-particles, when the size of particles decreased the grain boundary is increasing, and some specialgrain boundary increased also. Contact points hardness test result found the process of sintering has threephases, replying, growing, swallowed up. The pore is come from the particles growing and the big pore iscome from the particles swallowed up each other.
