This topic use the disposable modified polypropylene (PP) waste as packing,type of sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) printing and dyeing wastewatertreatment. In this paper, the properties and charac-teristics of printing and dyeingwastewater are introduced,By strongly acidic potassium dichromate oxidationmethod and coating method of fly ash modified membrane carrier,Screening, Choosethe appropriate modify-cation of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment methods,To hang membrane modified carrier additive reactor for wastewater treatment by SBRprocess, in regulating the environmental conditions during the operation of theoptimal operation condition. The experimental conclusion is as follows:1. PP material waste, sources, and low cost by modification for carrier membranetreatment of printing and dyeing wastewater, follows the circular economy, based onthe idea of “treatment of wastes with processes of wastes against one another”, andconforms to the social benefit, economic benefit and ecological benefit, has practicalapplication value.2. Through the test water chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) and chroma-ticityindex than the optimal modification, the fly ash modified PP coating waste packingSBBR process printing and dyeing wastewater treatment effect is better.3. The fly ash was optimized coating modified PP waste packing SBBR processprinting and dyeing wastewater treatment process parameters, comprehensive colorand chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) index temperature in24℃, the concentrationof the organic load (CODcr) in844mg/L, the air in1.2L/min when the process watereffect is better. Removal rate of cod and chromaticity are higher.4. Through the process design and economic benefit and so on carries on theanalysis of the process is suitable for printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, in theprinting and dyeing enterprise in the design of wastewater treatment has broadapplication prospects...
