| Damage identification of oil and gas pipeline is of important, foresight and fundamental research project concerned the safety of oil and gas, its breakthrough will bring about new development space for oil and gas storage and transportation safety evaluation and pipeline residual strength evaluation,this paper is supported by the project of PetroChina Innovation Foundation(2011D-5006-0605). The researchd goal is to know the mechanics of the interaction among PZT patch, Adhesive Layer and Pipeline (PAP), and establishes the PAP systematic coupled dynamical model.Which is laying the foundation for the damage detection of oil and gas pipeline.The main content s are as follows:(1)Through summarizing the current situation of basic theoretical research about piezoelectric structure based on the existing paper,and having conducted a clarrifing and comparative analysis of existing research methods,analytical models and theoretical model,and conducting a comprehensive evaluation on every model and figuring out their merits and demerits,which make a good reference for the further study.(2)The coupling system of PAS(PZT patch, Adhesive Layer and Structure) has been regarded as one dimensional model,and the pin force model,distreibuted force model and shear lag model have been introduced to describe the interaction of PZT and the main structure,and the dynamical effect of PZT and axial vibration of PAS has been considered.Throgh adopting the basic theories of classical dynamical mechanism and the numerical calculating tool of MATLAB to build the analytical expression of the electrical conductance of PZT,which has been confirmated by numerical example.(3)Through the logical of general to specific,enumerating the simplified types of exsiting theoretical models, comparatively analyzing the simplified basis and precision requirements,some basic conclusions have been conclude, and the three theoretical models of PAS have been built,which also give some modeling references for the PAP niodeling.Finally,the PAP Janamical model which based on infinite degree of freedom and considering the influence of adhensive layer has been built.And the electrical conductance of PAP structure has been acquired.Through analyzing and deducing the basic theoretical model of PAP,This paper has proclaimed the coupling interaction mechanism of PAP based on the existing theoretical research,which has provided a good reference for experimental research.Its research achievements will provide fundamental scientific data, which is of great realistic significance to ensure the state’s safety of oil and gas storage and transportation. |
