The Study On Natural Disasters In Jiangxi And Countermeasures

During the period of the Republic of Jiangxi, frequent natural disasters. Disaster range is large, destructive, causes and bad effect on the social production and life. In this paper, starting from the ecology and distribution characteristics of Jiangxi natural disasters in Jiangxi, analysis of the impact of natural disasters on the production and the life of the Jiangxi rural social vulnerable under the premise, and the front of the disaster, folk and government measures against natural disasters, in order to find out the inherent laws of Jiangxi disaster occurs, and the experience of disaster prevention, preparedness can for reference.This paper mainly through six parts. The first chapter is the introduction, review and organize the history of natural disasters in the academic history, combined with Jiangxi local situation, explains the research of natural disaster in Jiangxi history significance, at the same time, the scope of the study preliminary definition. This chapter, through the comparison of natural disasters in Jiangxi during the period of the Republic of the data, analyze the time and space characteristics and trends, and the intuitive impression formed by a large number of graphs. The second chapter, mainly on the period of the Republic of Jiangxi’s social environment, trying to explain Jiangxi society was in ecological fragile state, this state will cannot withstand a single blow in the face of disaster. The third chapter respectively from the three aspects of land, food, population, the natural disasters on the social economy of Jiangxi during the period of the Republic of destruction. The fourth chapter discusses the strategies of government and folk to natural disasters, and to analyze the pros and cons. Finally is the conclusion, summarizes the full text.
