With the development of technology,polymers with high refractive index are widely applied to advanced optical instrument,which needs miniaturization and light-weight materials.As an effective way of polymerization,UV-curing technology uses to obtain high-performance optical coating and adhesive.But there have been few research on the UV-curable optical monomers and oligomers,most of the resins are thermosetting.In the paper,novel aliphatic sulfide and phenyl sulfide derivatives are synthesized which can be heat curing,UV curing and hybrid curable.Products had been characterized by means of FTIR,13C-NMR,1-NMR,which were proved the structure and functional groups. The element constitute and the molecular weight of products were detected by quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometry and given the same data with the expected.Different UV-curable liquid compositions were developed with different oligomers, reactive diluents,thermal initiator and photoinitiator(Irgacure1173),and obtained high-performance cured film.The change of double bond and epoxy group were identified by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR) during the process of UV-curing.The properties such as bonding strength of the cured film,thermal stability,optical property,the gel content of cured film,the volume shrinkage rate were characterized, and the performance was compared between radical UV curing film and hybrid curing film.
