| Three-dimensional printing is being gradually applied in many fields for its unique andinnovative printing process effect. Meanwhile, its printing process is bringing a new marketeffects in printing field for its excellent artistic expression and comprehensiveanti-counterfeiting ability. The three-dimensional printed matter can be more vivid anddeep-seated to express the image information, these features can significantly improve thevalue of the products, and making the three-dimensional product become the excellent meansand novelty advertising media to promote merchandise and improve market image. Thisarticle is based on the principle of the binocular disparity of three-dimensional image and theoptical refraction imaging of cylindrical lens grating, through picking, matting, layering, hooking line and synthesizing the three-dimensional printing original image in imageprocessing software to make the synthesized image can present a stereoscopic depth effectunder the cylindrical lens grating. The first thing this article do is to analysis the theoretical principle of three-dimensionalprinting and optical imaging of cylindrical lens grating so as to derive the functionalrelationship between the parameters which affecting the raster image quality. Meanwhile, combined with digital image processing technology, it can be able to process and synthesize agroup of pictures from different perspectives or pictures with continuous action in thePhotoshop and PSDTO3D image processing software, then combined with the grating test andcolor management of stereoscopic images, it can obtain a excellent three-dimensional effectof the original image. Finally, it proposed the three-dimensional image quality evaluationmethod based on the physiology and psychology of human eye and the plane image qualityassessment, making the image processing, synthetic output and quality evaluation of thethree-dimensional image achieve the standardization of production processes requirements, and it has a certain guiding significance for the application and mass production of thethree-dimensional image. |
