Fluorescent probe, which is a efficient detection tool, is a kind of specially designed fluorescent molecules introduced into the system to be tested, so that the specific recognition of target molecules and the recognition information is converted into the fluorescence change that is passed to the outside. Fluorescent probe has high sensitivity for detection, good selectivity, non-invasive, less amount of samples and can provide more physical parameter, and has become one of the hot research in the field of chemistry currently.Rhodamine B is a xanthene-based dye, because of its high absorption coefficient, longer excitation wavelength, high fluorescence quantum yield and good light stability, etc, has been widely used in research of the fluorescent probe.According to literature reports in recent years, metal ion fluorescent probe based on the spiro-ring off-on process of rhodamine derivatives presents a remarkable structure characteristics:there is a linker structure between the recognition group and the fluorophore. Linker structure is not an essential part of fluorescent probe, but the structure has an important effect on performance of probe. In this thesis, Seven compounds containing linker structure had been designed and synthesized. The structure of the compounds were confirmed by IR, MS, NMR. The cation recognition properties were investigated with both UV-Vis and FL spectra. The main contents are as follows:1.The Optical basis of fluorescent probes, the structure of the rhodamine fluorescence probe, the properties of rhodamine and the research progress of the rhodamine based fluorescent probes were reviewed.2. The single-and dual-rhodamine ethylenediamine substituted triazine compounds5,11, in which an ethylenediamine was used as linker, have been designed and synthesized. The structure of the compounds were characterized. The research of UV absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy suggests that the compounds were highly selective probe for ferric ion.3. The amino or hydroxyl derivatives of rhodamine7,8and10, consisting of a flexible linker consisting of two or three methylene, have been designed and synthesized. The structure of the compounds were characterized. The research of UV absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy suggests that the compounds were highly selective probe for ferric ion.4.The rhodamine derivatives containing an ethylenediamine-N,N-diethyl acetate moiety6and9,in which an ethylenediamine was used as linker, have been designed and synthesized. The structure of the compounds were characterized. The research of UV absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy suggests that the compounds were highly selective probe for ferric ion.
