With the high speed development of economic, the plastic products are widely used inthe medical, construction, automotive, defense and other industries. Injection moldingmachine as an important plastic molding equipment, has also been a lot of development.With the market demand for the plastics industry, the performance requirements of theinjection molding machine are increasing.The combination of automation and computertechnology, injection molding machine which equipped high-precision, high stabilityenergy saving and environmental protection is the development trend of the future.On the basis of in-depth study of the existing injection molding machine controlsystem, papers designed an injection molding machine control system with a friendlyinterface used microprocessor as the core,the system has a reasonable structure, goodstability, improve the efficiency and the automation level of injection molding machine.The design of the control system in this paper consists of two parts: the lower machinecontroller and human-machine interface of the host computer. On the basis of analysis ofinjection molding machine industry developments and trends, combined with the injectionmolding machine engineering process, using embedded technology research the lowermachine controller. As hardware design, use embedded microprocessor ARM as the coreintroduce the principle of various peripheral devices in each part of the circuit. As softwaredesign,present the embedded real-time operating system μCOS-II, introduced anddiscussed the transplantation of the operating system on the ARM platform indetail,divided each task and each functional module program design, formulate thecommunication protocols and design communication scheme. Host computer using MFCto write a simple and intuitive, the rational design of man-machine interface, offerconvenience to setting the parameters for the operating personnel, monitoring andmanagement.
