Our country’s manufacture industry is developing rapidly, NC machine as industrial mother plane has a great development chance。Economical NC machine which is transformed by common machine has great position by its performance price ratio and easily control, but the design of box type part is mainly by experience, this way is to enlarge or thicken the weak point. Because of the complication of the box type part, the result which is from experience has not highly accuracy, didn’t enough consider the weak point, and can’t analysis the part’s natural frequency, thus, the part is too heavy but some point is too weak.This subject is from the project of Liu Zhou Chang Hong equipment factory--CJK6132economical NC machine’s prototype development. Towards to the above question, study on the box of the lathe’spindle.At first, compute the machine’s motion parameters and the working accuracy by experience. second, using the motion parameters to define the spindle box’s dimension. The third, compute the spindle box’s strength and the bearing’s life by experiential formula. At last, using the Finite Element Analysis Method to analyse the spindle box, and check the result.Compare the result from the experiential formula to the result from the Finite Element Analysis Method and conclude that:at the peak load, the maximum deformation and the maximum stress fulfill the design desire when the front board of the spindle box is18mm, but the maximum deformation and the maximum stress doesn’t fulfill the design desire when the front board of the spindle box is15mm, at the same time get the result of the modal shape and the natural frequency, the lowest natural frequency is418.50Hz which is higher than the highest natural frequency(33.3Hz) which fulfill the working desire, and get the result of vibration deformation in the inner board and the back board in the spindle box is too big, this give basis and research thought to improve this kind of part. |
