With the highspeed development of material science, functional composite materials more and more get the attention of scholars. With high performance and high added value of wood c omposite materials has become the research hotspot of this field. To meet the requirements of p eople on various properties of wood, woodiness carbon fiber composite materials arises at the h istoric moment. Composites are one of the most significant characteristic is its microstructure d esign, material micro structure will determine the macro performance. But as a result of plank i n the machining process for carbon fiber qualitative light, the surface is smooth and hard to wit h wood fiber and plastic mixing and directional carbon fiber conductive. Sheet and therefore ea sy to cause high local resistance, between different regions of the conductive effect of big diffe rences, the overall mechanical performance is not stable. Sheet how to through the scientific m ethod to the micro structure and macro performance organically, so as to improve the plate man ufacturing process, improve the raw material mix homogenization degree become problems urg ently to be solved.Sheet firstly by hotpressing process to complete the preparation of carbon fiber composite wood plank, and testing sample plate of macroscopic properties, including conductivity (surfac e resistivity), the mechanical properties (density, bond strength, static music intensity, elastic m odulus and bibulous rate), electromagnetic shielding performance, analyze the test data, to gras p the different preparation conditions chopped carbon fiber wood composite material properties change law of the composites microstructure uniformity degree effect on macro performance c haracteristics; Then combined with the largest variance method and mathematical morphology image processing technology to model electronic microscopic image processing, accurately co mplete access to carbon fiber image from the image, with its as the carbon fibre in the composit e plate uniform degree of important basis; Finally, the carbon fiber extracted image can represe nt the characteristics of the carbon fiber homogenization extraction, the characteristics of select ed for area ratio, average width and lengthwidth ratio, etc., aims to plate the microstructure cha racteristics combined with macroscopic physical properties, as analysis model of the actual app lication value and the important basis to improve manufacturing process.Through the study of this article, the composite material micro structure and macro perfor mance organic combination of implementation to microscopic characteristic model reflects the macro performance of sample directly, to macroeconomic performance good plank of microsco pic characteristics as the original data sheet to measure future performance, in preparation of co mposite materials for carbon fiber wood functions and adaptability use provide necessary basic conditions and scientific guidance.
