With the contribute to the improvement of people’s living standard to some extent, the problem about environmental pollution are still simultaneously deteriorating. Therefore, the assessment of environmental quality and analysis on pollution trend as a project need to be investigated. This study utilized area of Jagedaqi for research project. According to monitoring data on pollution factors in area of Jiagedaqi during2008-2011, we analyzed the situation of environmental quality in Jiagedaqi with integrated pollution index method; We analyzed the trend of water pollution and trend of environmental air pollution with a given in area of Jiagedaqi with applying kendall correlation and the seasonal kendall test method; We also drew predictive analytics on pollution trends with the prediction model of grey system (GM(1,1)) in future time.The analytical results shown:(1) the annual average of inhalable particles (PM10), nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide weren’t exceeded secondary standard on national environmental air quality. Even though the PM10as main pollutant which achieved impact on iagedaqi region, the environmental air quality in Jiagedaqi region was evaluated as "better" and environmental air quality transformed into mild contamination in year2012. The integrated pollution index exhibited distinct increasing trend in year2008-2012. It was estimated that the air pollution would still exhibit increasing trend in year2013~2017. The monitoring data on surface water in Jiagedaqi region was evaluated as Grade Ⅲ which was in accordance with The Environmental Quality Standards for surface water (GB3838-2002) and regional requirements. Basis on present variation trend of pollutants, the potassium permanganate index in upstream and downstream of Gan river in Jiagedaqi region witnessed fluctuation with narrow range, and other pollutants concentration exhibited slightly decreasing trend. It was estimated that each pollutant concentration would exhibit the same variation trend in year2013~2017.(3) During the period of2008to2012, both of the day and night noise equivalent sound level in functional regional of Jiagedaqi were not exceed the standard; Industrial noise equivalent level exhibited slightly decreased trend; The equivalent sound level in residents of cultural and educational area, mixed area and both sides on traffic line exhibited mildly increasing trend, the equivalent sound level in road traffic ranged from64.72db to65.46db (A) and exhibited slightly decreasing trend. The regional environment noise equivalent sound level ranged from47.2db to49.2db (B) and below averagely55db (controlling value). It was that estimated noise pollution in Jiaggedqi region would not have distinct variation trend and would keep current level in the year2013~2017.
