In order to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of steelproducts and meet the needs of production and living,people continue to research steelsmelting technology,but also constantly to improve the process level of rolling controlcooling.The higher technological level can acquire more ideal cooling effect、mechanicalproperties and enhance the competitiveness of steel market.Steel of rolling controlledcooling technology will be one of the most key technology of the metallurgical industry.The research object of the thesis is flat die steel production line of rollingcontrol cooling of a steel mill(The domestic first, the world advanced level).The thesistakes advantage of FLUENT and ANSYS finite element software for the flow field ofcooling water tank and flat die steel cross section temperature field numerical simulationanalysis.The thesis researches sorts of water tank dampings(No damping、A symmetricaldamping、A nonsymmetric damping、two symmetrical damping) how to effect nozzleoutlet flow uniformity and confirms reasonable arrangement of damping.The research isto acquire probably more uniform flow field、cooling effect and ideal organization fieldin the cooling process,it is made of martensite and bainite.The thesis takes advantage ofANSYS to establish reasonable flat die steel temperature field finite element model,minimize abstract model, narrow the gap between thermal physical properties、boundaryconditions and practical situation.Through the research of the steel cross sectiontemperature field, gain cooling process parameters on the influence law of the temperaturefield.The thesis takes advantage of different jet velocity corresponding to differentconvection heat transfer coefficient to acquire the factors of affecting the coolingprocess steel cross section temperature field changing through the numerical simulationresearch.This article ensure reasonable jet velocity to obtain faster cooling speed andsmaller temperature difference of inside and outside surface in the coolingprocess.According to the numerical simulation results of temperature field and flowfield,the article ensure reasonable process parameters of flat die steel controlled coolingdevice.In addition,the thesis researches organization field changing for flat die steelgaining better comprehensive mechanical properties through the changing of thetemperature field in the controlled cooling process. The results of the analysis of this thesis is for understanding flat die steelcooling rules,setting up reasonable cooling process parameters.The results of the thesishave a guiding significance for controlled cooling technology and provide scientific basisfor the application.
